How much does a limo company website cost in 2026?

A plain answer for limo, black-car and car service owners: what a website should do, what it costs at a fixed price, and what you get for the money.

The short answer

A website for a limo or car service company costs between USD 900 and USD 2,500 at SaintsHood, at a fixed price agreed before any work starts. A one-page site with a quote form is USD 900 and takes about a week. A full site with up to eight pages, a booking or quote form, a content editor you use yourself and Google Business Profile setup is USD 2,500 and takes two to three weeks.

Half is paid up front and half at launch. There are no hourly surprises, and the price does not go up if we need an extra round of changes.

What the site has to do

A transport website has one job: turn a search at 11pm into a booking. That means three things. It must open fast on a phone, because most of your customers are standing at an airport or planning from the sofa. It must let people ask for a quote or book without calling, because many of them will not call. And it must show the fleet, the prices or at least the service areas, so people stop guessing.

Most of the limo sites we looked at this autumn fail at least two of the three: a copyright year from 2016, a "book now" button that only dials the phone, or fleet photos that never load.

What we built for King & Queen Limo

King & Queen Limo NYC is a luxury transportation company in New York. In three weeks we designed and built kingandqueenlimo.com: a dark, refined site that puts the services, the fleet, customer reviews, an FAQ and the booking paths in one clear flow, and works the same on a laptop and a phone.

The owners edit their own fleet and prices. You can read the full case study at saintshood.org/work/king-and-queen-limo.

What is included at each price

Landing page, USD 900, about one week: one page, a contact or quote form, the SEO basics (title, description, structured data), hosting set up and connected to your domain.

Website Sprint, USD 2,500, two to three weeks: up to eight pages (home, services, fleet, areas, about, reviews, FAQ, contact), a booking or quote form that emails you, a content editor you use yourself, Google Business Profile set up, and the search and AI-search setup we use on our own site.

Care plan, USD 99 per month, optional: updates, backups, uptime checks, small edits and a monthly report. Most clients take it so they never have to think about the site again.

How to start

Send us your current website address, or just your company name if you have none. We reply within a day with the three things we would fix first and two time options for a 20 minute call. After the call you get a one-page quote, valid for 14 days. Signed quote and first payment start the work.

Questions

Yes. The new site goes live on your existing domain, and your phone number stays the most visible thing on every page. Old page addresses are redirected so nobody lands on an error.

No. We write the first draft from a 20 minute call and your existing material, you correct it, and we only use facts you confirm.

Adding a working quote or booking form to an existing site starts at USD 600 as a small automation job. If the rest of the site is more than five years old, the Website Sprint is usually the better buy.
